From the date of purchase of an upgrade to version 7, you will receive free technical support for 30 days. At the end of the free support period, technical support is available on a pre-paid basis only. With the purchase of a Technical Support Package, you will be entitled to one-year of unlimited technical support by telephone, e-mail and fax, as well as access to Technical Support's toll-free 1-800 number. The Technical Support Package extends for one year from date of purchase. If purchased in connection a new version or an upgrade of The Pool Program, the terms of the Technical Support Package will commence after the free support period ends. All Technical Support Package fees are non-refundable. This Technical Support Package may be applied to The Pool Program versions 6 & 7 — Advanced Edition.
